League Cost
This cost of $180 per player ($140 for 1st and 2nd graders) includes the head coaching time, gym rental, referees, insurance, a t-shirt uniform and prizes for the champions and runner-ups in each age group.
Parent Coaches and Master Volleyball Coaches
Experienced Master Volleyball Coaches combined with Parent Coaches to provide the best of both worlds.
While the league uses parent coaches to help keep costs low, the league utilizes Master Volleyball Coaches to ensure solid training and consistency.
A Master Volleyball Coach will run each practice. The Master Volleyball Coach will conduct any required large group instruction, explain drills and decide when to move from one drill to another. The parent coaches will help run the drills and coach matches.
So parent coaches do not need to know volleyball – they just need to be enthusiastic, toss balls and help run drills. We will be running a parent coaching clinic before the start of the season. |
